One Week Assessment of the Toaster Oven purchase

Maybe I'm still in the "honeymoon"/novelty period, but the toaster oven I agonized about buying last week

The toaster is better for toast, but I've been using the toaster oven for doing a little bit of baking (baked two 6-muffin batches) and broiling (salmon, yum) that I wouldn't normally turn the oven on for this time of year. It's also good for a quick "pita pizza" lunch. So given that I'm finding my "pantry challenge"
